The IR2118S is a high voltage, high speedpower MOSFET and IGBT driver. Proprietary HVIC andlatch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedizedmonolithic construction. The logic input is compatiblewith standard CMOS outputs. The output driver fea-tures a high pulse current buffer stage designed forminimum cross-conduction. The floating channel canbe used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBTin the high or low side configuration which operates upto 600 volts.

The input/output logic timing diagram is shown in figure 1. For proper operation the device should be used within therecommended conditions. The VS offset rating is tested with all supplies biased at 15V differential.
